Warehouse and Office Operations Manager

  • We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse and Office Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations across our warehouse and office functions.
  • This is a dynamic role that sits at the heart of our skincare business, responsible for managing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, order fulfilment, and administrative support.
  • You'll work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, lead projects, and ensure our systems and processes scale as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Management
  • Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving.
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely processing and cost-effective transport options.
  • Mentor and lead a team of warehouse staff, managing rosters, task delegation, and day-to-day supervision.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.

Inventory & Logistics Management
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure full visibility of inbound stock and products in transit.

  • Regularly audit freight and transport providers to ensure value for money and service efficiency.
Order Management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues, working closely with the Customer Service team.
  • Monitor eCommerce and WMS platforms to ensure seamless and accurate order processing.
  • Identify and implement improvements to minimise fulfilment errors and delays.
Office Administrative Support
  • Manage ordering and stock levels of office and warehouse supplies.
  • Coordinate with IT providers for onboarding of new hires and general tech support needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and building management.
  • Support the General Manager with HR administration including leave tracking, calendar management, and employee records.
  • Assist with ad hoc and ongoing business projects, managing timelines and updating the project tracker.
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar operations, warehouse or logistics role (FMCG or eCommerce preferred).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, supply chain processes, and order fulfilment systems.
  • Comfortable balancing physical, hands-on tasks with desk-based reporting and admin responsibility.
  • Proficient in tools such as Shopify, ShipStation, and Microsoft Office.
