Promotional Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all promotions offered on eskcare.com, including but not limited to discount codes, automatic discounts, free gifts with purchase, threshold offers, loyalty rewards, upsells, affiliate offers, flash sales, seasonal promotions, and product bundles.

1. Promotion Validity and Duration


 Evidence Skincare Pty Ltd trading as eskcare.com reserves the right to modify, amend, extend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are valid only for purchases made on eskcare.com and only during the period specified in the relevant promotion. Once the promotion end date has passed, it will be removed from the website.

2. Eligibility


 Promotions are available to retail customers only and may be limited to one per customer, household, or order unless otherwise stated. Promotions are not available to resellers, bulk purchasers, or third-party retailers unless expressly stated. Employees of Evidence Skincare and their immediate families are not eligible unless specified. Certain promotions may be limited to customers aged 18 or over and/or specific regions.

3. Misuse & Abuse


 Evidence Skincare reserves the right to revoke discounts and cancel orders if misuse, duplicate accounts, or any form of promotional abuse is detected.

4. Discount Limitations


 Promotional discounts are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other products unless expressly stated. Discounts generally do not apply to shipping costs or applicable taxes unless specified.

5. Combining Offers


Unless expressly stated, promotional codes, coupons, loyalty points, automatic discounts, and other offers cannot be combined. Products already discounted may not be eligible for additional discounts. 

Products that are already discounted (including bundles and “pair & save” offers) cannot be combined with additional discount codes or coupons unless explicitly stated. Evidence Skincare reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Free Gifts & Threshold Offers


 Free gifts or threshold rewards are available while stocks last, with one free gift per eligible order unless stated otherwise. Free gifts are not exchangeable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or transferable. If items qualifying for a free gift are returned and the order falls below the qualifying threshold, the free gift must be returned or its value deducted from any refund.

7. Affiliate & New Customer Discounts


 Certain promotions, such as first-purchase offers, are designed to reward new customers only. For example, a first-purchase kit may be:

  • Already discounted automatically by 10% from its listed price.

  • Eligible for an additional 10% when entering a valid affiliate code at checkout, if the customer is new.

8. Stock, Pricing & Errors


 All promotions are subject to product availability and while stocks last. Evidence Skincare reserves the right to cancel, correct, or refuse any order in the event of pricing errors, miscalculated discounts, or technical anomalies. Promotions that result in a zero-dollar order may be deemed invalid unless expressly authorised.

9. Returns & Refunds


 Standard shipping, returns, and refund policies apply to promotional orders. Refunds will reflect the actual price paid after discounts. If a return affects eligibility for a promotional benefit (including free gifts, threshold discounts, or affiliate discounts), the value of that benefit may be deducted from any refund.

10. Loyalty Points


 Loyalty points earned on promotional purchases may be subject to adjustment if the promotion is reversed or cancelled. Points are awarded based on the actual price paid after discounts.

11. Geographic Restrictions


 Promotions may be limited to specific regions and may not be valid in all markets.

12. Limitation of Liability


 Evidence Skincare is not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment caused by a promotion, including errors caused by technical issues, website downtime, or third-party platforms. Evidence Skincare is not responsible for technical issues, website outages, cart functionality, or system errors that may affect participation.

13. Right to Cancel Orders


 Evidence Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion if unforeseen circumstances prevent fulfilment of the promotion.

14. Customer Notification


 Customers will be notified of any significant changes to promotions via email or website update where appropriate.

15. Promotion-Specific Terms


Certain promotions may have additional conditions specific to that event (for example Black Friday, Boxing Day, product-specific bundles, upsells, or membership offers). Where there is a conflict between these Master Promotion Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

 

BEFORE & AFTERS

  • Customers are eligible after their first purchase of ESK. 

  • To be eligible for this promotion, your before photo must be taken and submitted before using ESK for the first time (unless arrangement has been discussed with a staff member).

  • To receive a free travel kit (the same kit type as what you originally purchased), you agree to send a before and after photo and written testimonial following the guidelines on the application page. 

  • Before and afters must be taken after first purchase of an ESK Kit.

  • When sending these in, you agree for your testimonial and before and after images will be used for marketing purposes.

IN CART UPSELLS

  • 10% off Eye Serum for purchases over $220AUD. Must be the final cart value. Does not work with points and other coupons. 

  • 20% off Eye Serum for purchases over $420AUD. Must be the final cart value. Does not work with points and other coupons.

  • Offer is open to Australian residents only
  • Available exclusively to customers who received this offer via pamphlet
  • Valid on the Online Store only

How to Qualify

  • Purchase Enlighten Gold as a standalone product or within a bundle or kit
  • Spend a minimum of $200 AUD in a single transaction
  • Complete the purchase during the promotion period
  • Exclusions: Build-your-own kits are not included. This promotion cannot be used with other offers, discount codes, loyalty points, coupons, or promotions unless stated otherwise.

Gift Card Conditions

  • Redeemable only at eskcare.com
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or coupons
  • Not transferable
  • Valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
  • Value stated in AUD

Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified via the email used at checkout within ten (10) days of the draw
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, Evidence Skincare reserves the right to redraw.

Returns and Cancellations

  • If a qualifying order is refunded, cancelled, or returned in full, the entry is invalid and any Golden Ticket issued will be forfeited.
MERCH
  • Merch can't be exchanged or refunded.
