Sensitive skincare
Sensitive skin is super common. In fact, studies have found that more than 50% of women and 40% of men have skin that is sensitive at least some of the time. Studying sensitive skin is difficult because getting objective measurements of improvement is difficult. It also makes sensitive skincare recommendations a bit tricky. But to protect your skin barrier, avoid soap, opting instead for a soap-free cleanser. Avoiding the sun’s rays by using a zinc based broad spectrum SPF moisturiser is also essential. Other skincare triggers to avoid are many preservatives and perfumes.

"I am so pleased with the progress my skin has made. Due to health reasons I have never been able to treat my rosacea with medication and in the past all the topical treatments I tried didn't seem to work for me. I just found good makeup and didn't go outside without wearing it.
(Side point - I love the blog tips about rosacea since they are really good information for people who are still struggling with it)

"Well what a remarkable change my face has had, I have now been using your skin now for 6mths and what a difference I have experienced, my skin not only looks heaps better but also feels amazing. "I can’t tell you enough how much ESK has changed my skin for the better.
