Before & After Program: Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the ESK Before & After program, including the free Travel Kit offer and the annual ESK Results Day draw. By submitting your photos and testimonial, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility

Open to first-time ESK customers aged 18 and over. Customers who have previously purchased from ESK are not eligible.
Each customer can take part in the program once only.
Orders that have been refunded or returned are not eligible for a Travel Kit or the annual draw.

Free Travel Kit

Offer is limited to one free Travel Kit per customer, per original order. The Travel Kit will match the kit type of your original purchase.
To receive your Travel Kit, you must submit a Before photo, an After photo and a written testimonial using the same email address as your order.
Travel Kits are sent to the shipping address on your original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for review, plus standard shipping time.
Travel Kits and prizes delivered to addresses outside Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient.

Photos & Testimonials

Your Before photo must be taken within the first 1–3 days of using your first ESK kit, and your After photo 1–4 months after starting.
Photos must be unedited, with no filters, retouching or makeup that hides your skin.
Your testimonial should reflect your honest experience. Positive reviews are not required to receive a Travel Kit.
All submissions are reviewed by the ESK team. We may decline submissions that don’t meet the photo guidelines or appear incomplete or inauthentic.
Individual results may vary. Before and after photos reflect each customer’s personal experience.

Use of Your Content

By submitting, you give ESK permission to use your photos, testimonial and first name across our website, social media, emails and other marketing channels to help other customers make informed decisions about their skincare.
We will never publish your full name, email address or order details.

ESK Results Day Draw

Only complete submissions (Before photo, After photo and testimonial) are eligible for the annual draw.
Submissions completed between January 1 and December 31 are entered into the draw held at ESK Results Day the following January. The exact date will be announced in advance on our socials and in our emails.
The prize is a year’s worth of free skincare (3 full-size kits).
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted by a member of the ESK team using the email address on their order. If the winner can’t be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
By entering, you agree that ESK may announce the winner’s first name and photos on our socials and in our emails.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
