Subscription Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to Evidence Skincare (ESK), you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Products

Subscriptions are available for full-size ESK kits only.

Build Your Own Kit (BYOK) products and others are excluded from subscription options.
2. Subscription Process

Customers may choose to receive their selected full-size kit every 3, 4, 5, or 6 months.

Subscriptions must be initiated using the “Subscribe” option at checkout.

Upon completing the first subscription order, customers will receive an email granting access to their subscription management portal.
3. Subscription Portal Access & Management

Customers can update their delivery frequency, shipping information, and payment details at any time via the portal.

Access is available through the email link provided after purchase or via the customer’s ESK account login.

Customers may pause or reschedule upcoming orders through the portal.
4. Cancellation Policy

Customers are committed to a minimum of two subscription orders.

Cancellation is available after the second subscription order has been fulfilled.

While locked in for the second order, customers may still modify frequency, shipping address, and other details through the portal.
5. Rewards Points

Points are automatically earned on every subscription order.

To redeem points on a future subscription, customers must manually apply the points through their portal before the order is processed.
6. Promotional Offers

Subscribed orders may or may not be eligible for additional promotional discounts or offers.
7. Right to Modify or Terminate
- ESK reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the subscription service, its terms, or product eligibility at any time without prior notice.
This includes, but is not limited to, changes in pricing, frequency options, product availability, and subscription benefits. Any such changes will be reflected in the terms and conditions and/or communicated via email or on the ESK website.
