Anne is a GP and long-time friend of Ginni’s, with an interest in women’s and child health, evidence-based medicine and health communication. After completing her medical degree and post-graduate fellowship in General Practice, Anne went on to pursue her interests in women’s and child health by working in various practices before finally settling on co-founding a busy and successful general practice in Sydney.

Following on from her first writing collaboration with Ginni, an irreverent look at their 5 years of medical school published in their university year book (a hard act to top, we realise!), Anne took an interest in medical writing and health communication as a way of reaching more people and empowering them with the evidence-based information they need to make informed choices about their health.

She and Ginni co-wrote their first book together, Why Am I So Tired?, in 2006 and Anne continues to write blogs and patient newsletters, whilst running a busy household and raising her 2 beautiful daughters.
