1. CALMING CLEANSE
For use as a gentle and calming cleanser: Wet face with warm water, apply 2-3 pumps of cleanser to fingertips and gently massage on face and neck. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
For use as a makeup remover: Apply to a cotton swab and gently wipe makeup off. Follow makeup removal with use of Hydroxy Cleanser.
2. C FORTE
Apply 1 – 2 pumps to fingertips and apply to face after cleansing in the morning. Also for use on décolletage, back of hands and forearms. For use on normal skin (in a dry climate) & dry skin.
3. REPAIR +
Apply 1 – 2 pumps to fingertips and apply to face after C Forte in the morning. Also for use on décolletage, back of hands and forearms. May also be used at night for additional hydration. For use on dry, normal and sensitive skin.
4. ZINC SHADE
Apply 2 – 3 pumps following Repair + in the morning.
Note: Not intended for prolonged exposure to harsh sun.

4. AGELESS
Step 1: For use at night on clean skin or even better, over skincare. Ensure that skin is dry.
Step 2: Remove patch from plastic packing. Remove the white protective strip surrounding the patch. Make sure not to touch the needles
Step 3: Apply patch to the desired area. Smooth patch over the skin, applying gentle pressure. A light prickling/ scratching sensation will be felt. Repeat until the prickling sensation is no longer felt. Step 4: Leave the patch on for at least 20 minutes or (preferably) overnight.
Note: It is normal for a residue to remain after removing the patch. (This is excess hyaluronic acid)
Recommended minimum usage frequency: 2 times weekly.

The short answer: oestrogen. As oestrogen declines, the skin loses a lot of the support it's been quietly relying on for years. Oestrogen plays a role in collagen production, skin hydration, barrier function, and the skin's natural ability to retain moisture. When it drops, skin can become noticeably drier, thinner, more reactive, and slower to renew itself. Pigmentation can also emerge or worsen, oestrogen fluctuations affect melanin production in the skin. This kit addresses all of those changes in one routine.
- Calming Cleanse — A gentle, cream-based, soap-free cleanser that won't strip or irritate. Menopausal skin tends to be drier and more reactive, so a gentle, acid-free cleanser is the right starting point rather than anything more aggressive. Can also be used to remove makeup.
- C Forte — Your morning Vitamin C serum. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that neutralises the free radical damage caused by UV and environmental exposure. It also helps support a more even skin tone by interfering with the enzyme that produces pigment. Applied after cleansing, before Repair +.
- Repair + — A barrier-focused moisturiser containing Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide), Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid, and Panthenol. Ceramides are the lipids the skin barrier relies on, and they decline with age and falling oestrogen levels. Applied after C Forte in the morning, and can also be used at night for extra hydration if needed.
- Zinc Shade — A broad-spectrum SPF 15 matte day cream with Zinc Oxide to protect against UVA & UVB rays. Daily UV protection is non-negotiable — UV is one of the main drivers of pigmentation and accelerates the visible signs of skin aging. Applied as the final morning step.
- Gentle Glow PHA Serum — A gentle night serum that is designed to gently exfoliate and hydrate at the same time. PHAs are a gentler alternative to standard AHAs — they exfoliate the skin surface to support cell renewal, but their larger molecule size means they work more slowly and are much better tolerated on reactive or dry skin. Applied at night before Ultimate A Gold.
- Ultimate A Gold — Your Vitamin A night cream and the centrepiece of this kit. Retinal is the most efficient over-the-counter form of Vitamin A — it supports skin cell turnover, helps maintain skin texture and tone, and is supported by a full cast of barrier-building actives including Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin B3, and 4-n-Butylresorcinol (4nB), which targets the appearance of pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles. As oestrogen declines, skin cell turnover slows — Vitamin A directly counteracts this. Applied after the Gentle Glow PHA Serum each night.
- Ageless Microneedle Patches (optional add-on) — Tiny dissolving patches loaded with Vitamin A, Vitamin B3, Caffeine, Copper Peptides, and antioxidants. The microneedles are made from Hyaluronic Acid and dissolve into the skin.
Both are forms of Vitamin A, but Retinol needs to convert twice before it becomes active in the skin. Retinal only needs to convert once — meaning it gets to work more directly and efficiently. This makes Retinal the most potent over-the-counter Vitamin A available, stronger than Retinol and better tolerated than prescription-strength tretinoin. It's the sweet spot between efficacy and tolerability, which is why it's the form ESK uses.
