Also known as Vitamin A, Retinal is a next-generation retinoid used in skincare to help refine skin texture and improve the appearance of uneven tone and visible signs of ageing. It’s well tolerated and suitable for most skin types, including those that find traditional retinoids too harsh.
Niacinamide
Also known as Vitamin B3. Niacinamide is a well-studied ingredient that helps maintain a healthy skin barrier and supports an even-looking skin tone. It is well tolerated and suitable for all skin types, making it a versatile addition to many skincare formulations.
4-n-butylresorcinol
4-n-Butylresorcinol helps improve the appearance of pigmentation and supports an even-looking skin tone.
Panthenol
Panthenol (provitamin B5) is a humectant - meaning it helps attract and hold moisture in the skin. Once absorbed, it’s converted to pantothenic acid, a naturally occurring compound in the skin that supports hydration and helps maintain a healthy skin barrier. It’s well tolerated and commonly used in products designed for sensitive skin.
Ceramides
Emerging evidence suggests that smaller ceramides support the skin’s surface and help maintain hydration and the appearance of a healthy skin barrier.
Squalane
Squalane is a lightweight, saturated oil that’s naturally found in human sebum. It’s clear, odourless, and exceptionally stable. In skincare, squalane functions as an emollient, helping to soften and smooth the skin. It also assists in maintaining hydration and supports the absorption of other ingredients in a formulation.
Hyaluronic Acid
The optimum size of Hyaluronic Acid for skincare is still a topic of research. Emerging evidence suggests that medium-size HA can support skin hydration and help improve the appearance of skin smoothness and plumpness.
Lactobionic Acid
Lactobionic Acid is a Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) that works as a gentle exfoliant and humectant. It helps to smooth skin texture and improve the appearance of dullness without the irritation often associated with stronger acids. PHAs like Lactobionic Acid also attract moisture, supporting hydrated and visibly refreshed skin.
REPAIR+
Apply 1 – 2 pumps to fingertips and apply to your face after cleansing in the morning. Also for use on décolletage, back of hands and forearms. Can also be used in the evening to boost hydration.
ULTIMATE A GOLD
Apply 1 – 2 pumps to the fingertips and apply to the face after cleansing as the final step in your night-time routine night. Also, for use on décolletage, back of hands and forearms.

Yes, Retinal is considered the most gentle and effective form of Vitamin A, making it better tolerated than traditional retinol or prescription retinoids, including for those with sensitive or rosacea-prone skin. However, if your skin is particularly reactive or you are new to Vitamin A, it's advisable to introduce it slowly, starting every second or third night before building to nightly use. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
