Retinal
Also known as Vitamin A, Retinal is a next-generation retinoid used in skincare to help refine skin texture and improve the appearance of uneven tone and visible signs of ageing. It’s well tolerated and suitable for most skin types, including those that find traditional retinoids too harsh.
Niacinamide
Also known as Vitamin B3. Niacinamide is a well-studied ingredient that helps maintain a healthy skin barrier and supports an even-looking skin tone. It is well tolerated and suitable for all skin types, making it a versatile addition to many skincare formulations.
Glycolic and Lactic Acid
Also known as Alpha Hydroxy Acids. Glycolic and Lactic Acid exfoliate and smooth the skin surfaces.
Retinal is naturally yellow, which may transfer onto pillowcases or other fabrics. To prevent this, allow the product to fully absorb before contact with any materials, and wash fabrics promptly to avoid staining.

"My experience - My skin has always been terribly hard to control acne wise. I have struggled with acne for 15 years and have tried almost every product under the sun (or so it feels). I am used to a lot of cystic acne along the jawline and neck. After using these products, my skin broke out into a lot of tiny bumps and texture. "I have very sensitive skin, with rosacea and break out regularly. When I first used ESK I was concerned my breakouts had increased and felt it was the Ultimate A, so reduced the use of this product. After reaching out to the team they suggested I use it nightly and sure enough the break outs reduced. So, having now used the products for 2 months I feel that the fine lines have reduced during this time. I'm still getting some small breakouts but not too often which is good. My skin feels soft every morning when I get up after using the Gentle Glow Serum and Ultimate A. I also really like the Zinc Shade as the sunscreen.
