Skin pH

Your skin's pH level sits at 4.9 and it's important to use skincare products with a similar pH. Products with higher pH levels can damage the skin resulting in dryness, itchiness and sensitivity. Subsequently, skin conditions such as Rosacea, Eczema and Acne can flare up.

Niacinamide

Also known as Vitamin B3. Niacinamide is a well-studied ingredient that helps maintain a healthy skin barrier and supports an even-looking skin tone. It is well tolerated and suitable for all skin types, making it a versatile addition to many skincare formulations.

Salicylic Acid

Salicylic Acid is a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that gently exfoliates the skin. It helps improve skin texture and supports a smoother, more refined appearance.

Retinal

Also known as Vitamin A, Retinal is a next-generation retinoid used in skincare to help refine skin texture and improve the appearance of uneven tone and visible signs of ageing. It’s well tolerated and suitable for most skin types, including those that find traditional retinoids too harsh.

Glycolic and Lactic Acid

Also known as Alpha Hydroxy Acids. Glycolic and Lactic Acid exfoliate and smooth the skin surfaces.

Green Tea

Green Tea Extract is a plant-based antioxidant that supports the skin’s surface and helps maintain an even-looking tone and smoother texture.

Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a plant-derived antioxidant that helps support an even-looking skin tone and improves the appearance of skin texture and smoothness.

Tea Tree Oil

May be beneficial for acne and potentially psoriasis too.

Ferulic Acid

Ferulic acid’s emerging evidence suggests it can improve the effectiveness of Vitamin C and help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Hyaluronic Acid

The optimum size of Hyaluronic Acid for skincare is still a topic of research. Emerging evidence suggests that medium-size HA can support skin hydration and help improve the appearance of skin smoothness and plumpness.

Ceramides

Emerging evidence suggests that smaller ceramides support the skin’s surface and help maintain hydration and the appearance of a healthy skin barrier.

ULTIMATE A+

Use only at night. Apply 1 – 2 pumps to the fingertips and apply to the face after cleansing as the final step in your night-time routine. Also for use on décolletage, back of hands and forearms. Do not use if pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. hydroxy overnight mask Use 1 – 2 times a week at night after cleansing, in place of other night-time products. May also be used as a spot treatment for pimples or dry patches (as needed). Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

SPOTLESS: MICRONEEDLE PATCHES

Wash and dry your hands. Cleanse your skin and thoroughly pat dry. Take the patch out of the plastic case and then peel off the plastic backing. Be careful not to touch the microneedles! Place patch on irritated area or blemish. You may feel a slight prickling feeling but it won’t sting or hurt. Leave on skin for 8 hours for stunning results

Things to note: These are best used on early to mid stage pimples. They are often ineffective for the large cystic or “blind” pimples.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Calming Cleanse — A cream based cleanser with a pH of 4.5–5, designed for skin that is reactive or prone to irritation. Maintaining the correct skin pH is important because when pH rises above the skin's natural range, the skin barrier weakens and conditions like acne can worsen.
  • B Calm — A morning moisturiser with Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Ceramides, and Salicylic Acid. Salicylic Acid is oil-soluble, which allows it to penetrate into the pore lining and exfoliate from within — making it one of the most well-supported topical ingredients for acne-prone skin. Niacinamide helps regulate oil production and supports the skin barrier, which often becomes compromised when breakouts are frequent.
  • Zinc Shade — A broad-spectrum SPF 15 matte day cream with Zinc Oxide. UV exposure causes inflammation that worsens active breakouts and increases the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — the dark marks that persist long after a blemish clears. Daily sun protection also matters with Retinal use at night, as Vitamin A increases photosensitivity. Zinc oxide has anti-inflammatory properties that make it particularly well-suited to acne-prone skin.
  • Gentle Glow PHA Serum — A night serum with Lactobionic Acid and Gluconolactone (both polyhydroxy acids). PHAs are gentler than AHAs because their larger molecular structure means slower, more superficial penetration, making them well-tolerated on reactive or sensitised skin. They exfoliate the surface to support cell turnover, hydrate simultaneously, and may reduce irritation from other actives used alongside them. Applied before Ultimate A+.
  • Ultimate A+ — A night cream with 0.1% Retinal, Niacinamide, and 2% Glycolic Acid. Retinal normalises skin cell turnover, which directly addresses one of the two main factors that cause pores to block in the first place. Niacinamide adds barrier support and helps reduce the appearance of post-breakout pigmentation. The inclusion of Glycolic Acid in the same formula supports surface renewal without requiring a separate exfoliating step.
  • Hydroxy Overnight Mask — A weekly overnight treatment with 5% Salicylic Acid and 10% Urea. Used 1–2 nights per week in place of Ultimate A+, or applied as a spot treatment directly onto active blemishes. The Urea at this concentration acts as a humectant to counterbalance any drying effect from the Salicylic Acid.
  • Spotless Microneedle Patches — Each patch contains 300 dissolving Hyaluronic Acid microneedles (0.3mm) loaded with Salicylic Acid, Niacinamide, Tea Tree Oil, Green Tea Extract, Ferulic Acid, and Resveratrol. The microneedles dissolve into the skin within hours, delivering actives more directly to an early-stage blemish than a standard surface patch can. Best used on blemishes that are forming but not yet fully surfaced. Less effective on large, deep cystic breakouts.

Either works, but overnight is generally better. We recommend the patches to stay undisturbed for 8 hours to dissolve fully and deliver their actives, and night is the easiest time to guarantee that. They're most effective on early-stage blemishes, the ones you can feel forming under the skin before they fully surface. They're not well-suited to large, deep cystic breakouts, which sit too far below the surface for the microneedles to reach.
